Nic Cage and his sons are surviving in this post apocalyptic movie where monsters who come out at night. Some bad stuff happens that disrupts their survival routine and they have to fight monsters.
This movie is bad. It tried to take itself seriously and then has the worst designed monsters I’ve ever seen. They’re straight out of an Asylum movie. The only thing worse than how they look is how they act and it’s all just really dumb.
The lighting is awful, the camera work is awful. The acting is ok mostly, but still not good. The story is terrible, the dumb sacrifice at the end is stupid. The whole movie is just awful.
I was going to give it 1 skull just because of the world building but then the “wheel of monsters” appeared and I threw that 1 skull right in the trash.
