What can I say about this? It’s a kids movie from 1991 featuring one of the most annoying characters to ever grace the screen. There’s nothing for me to even rate, it’s exactly what it is meant to be, which means that in the year of our lord 2025, I didn’t enjoy a single second of it. (I take it back, Rimshot is the best boy, and he will net this movie its lone Skull)
