I feel like I MIGHT have seen this one before, but I certainly didn&#8217;t remember anything about it, so I went ahead and let it ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-header-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-8cbeca22760252c2674d68dc4393a2cf wp-block-paragraph\">Pontypool takes place entirely within the confines of a Radio station and most of the events outside the station you hear about from someone reporting from the outside.  I guess it&#8217;s a Zombie movie; it has a lot of the same trappings of one, but it&#8217;s not entirely the kind of zombie movie you&#8217;re used to.  There&#8217;s plenty of (functionally) mindless humans walking around looking to do violence on the unaffected, to the point of smashing in their own brains to try and reach people behind glass.  However, there&#8217;s a pretty fresh, if not altogether palatable reason for everything that&#8217;s happening. It&#8217;s not really enough (in my opinion) to carry the rest of the generic and bland plot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-header-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c288d074aff242f2a39a9cb12ef3d7bd wp-block-paragraph\">There are some cool aspects of Pontypool if you really like Zombie movies, but overall this one hung all it&#8217;s hats on one thing then couldn&#8217;t really deliver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-header-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-eab13aac8f45dba990d8f9e52d04c915 wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-header-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-eab13aac8f45dba990d8f9e52d04c915 wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color has-x-large-font-size nfd-wb-animate nfd-wb-fade-in-bottom wp-elements-1f0caf5f11a26bc7280e8a325ebd5553 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2 out of 5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-11575622f41a39dca6de41231c4668bd wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt1226681\">Pontypool on IMDB<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading alignfull has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vgk.rpg.temporary.site\/website_0593dac7\/\">Back to Home<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>So, I was planning on watching another movie here, but I couldn&#8217;t find a way to watch it, so I pulled this from my subs.
